Quotations and contracts
Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to availability, market movement and final specification confirmation. Binding terms are set out in the signed sales contract, including Incoterm, quality specification, payment and delivery terms.
Quality and inspection
Where third-party inspection is agreed, the inspection certificate issued at the loading port is final for quality and weight unless the contract states otherwise.
Payment terms
Accepted methods include bank transfer, irrevocable letters of credit and staged payments against documents, as confirmed in the contract before production or purchase begins.
Limitation of liability
Our liability under any contract is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, contracts are governed by the laws of the United States jurisdiction in which the company is registered.
